Payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as local payment options including, but not limited to, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

We deliberately do not offer "buy now, pay later" or installment payment options, as advised by specialists in Islamic finance, because they are not Shariah compliant. Their model is based on Hawalah and charges fees for Hawalah, which is not permitted according to the majority of scholars. Our prices are therefore set reasonably to ensure that purchases can be made directly and affordably.

Shipping

All orders are custom items made to order. The design and processing time takes a minimum of 3 days before being dispatched for express shipping.

- We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other logistics carriers, and tracking information will be emailed to you when your item is shipped.
- We advise tracking your items and monitoring delivery before contacting us about the shipment.
- We offer an address lookup service during the checkout process. If the wrong address is provided by the customer, it may result in the item being shipped back to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all back and forth shipment charges.
- We require a phone number at checkout to make shipping and delivery more seamless. Please contact us before purchasing if any of this is a concern for you.

*We cover customs fees for Eurozone countries, the United Kingdom, and Canada. For other countries, duty charges may apply on international shipments. ARABPRINTS cannot be held accountable for these charges. Please contact your state/country department for more information.

Your order will only go into production once you have confirmed your choices and placed the order. Each item is truly custom-made. For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

This means that you cannot return your order. Each piece in the ARABPRINTS collection is available in over 15 materials, with each material offered in dozens of sizes, making everything bespoke. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
